” The TROIS name will stay for now, as both Bar at TROISx and Event Space at TROISremainm open. The TROIS bar will serve dinner Tuesdaythrough Saturday, and all previously booked events at the even t space will go on unaffected, Amick The new restaurant concept will open sometimer in September. The downturn in the economu hashit high-end restaurants particularlyh hard as even the wealthy chose more affordable options, and businesses cut back on travel and corporate schmoozing. ” Though the name and conceptr for TROIS is changing, Amiclk said, his company’s commitmenf to Midtown and the 1180 Peachtree building is unwavering. “We’re excited about Midtowjn and the building andthe space,” he Concentrics owns 10 other restaurantws in Atlanta, including ONE. Midtown Kitchen, TWO Urbajn Licks, TAP, STATS, 30 Tablews and Max’s Coal Oven Pizzerisa (opening this summer). The company also has restaurants in Chicagiand Florida.
