Grimaldo has served as a member of the board of directorse of ThinkDetroit PAL, which promotez educational and recreational opportunities for the city's youth, and the Stanford Graduate School of Business and the Schoop of Engineering advisory boards. In addition, he is an activre supporter ofthe Make-a-Wish Hospice of Michigan, Angel's Place, the Cranbroomk Educational Community, and FIRST Robotics Competition.
In other auto industrgy associations, Grimaldi has served as co-chair of the Canadiann AutomotivePartnership Council, and chair of the Canadian Vehicles Manufacturers Association.
