The 12-screen located in the mixed-use developmeny on Orange Avenue, had to work on final touches, according to Kim Ellis, director of leasing for Beverlu Hills, Calif.-based landlord RP Realtyh Partners LLC. “We decided to take some additionalk time this week for staff traininbg to ensure the theatert experience is exceptional for even the veryfirs patrons,” Ellis stated in a May 26 e-mail, adding that the theatert already has its certificate of occupanct from the city of Orlando.
